Sugga or Su Ga translates as a slang term for fat girl, nobody calls those a TP21.

I actually got interested in the Sugga because I started researching Volvo military vehicles after I saw a c303 driving down the road one day. Those are sweet as well, but the Sugga just has that old-school look.
